Founder Tamara de Resendes brings years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety across manufacturing, construction, operations, and leadership environments throughout Canada and the United States.
Throughout her career, she repeatedly saw the same issue appear beneath workplace tension, burnout, repeated mistakes, leadership frustration, and disengagement:
communication breakdowns rooted in assumption.
The belief that people “should just know.”
Combined with lived personal experience navigating burnout, pressure, and the impact that workplace stress can have on individuals and families, Tamara began building a different kind of conversation, one rooted in curiosity, clarity, accountability, and human connection.
That work became Common Sense to Common Ground.
